We have recently been working on developing our own radiator for the Giulia and Stelvio models (ALL engines) after successfully selling over the past years our radiators for the 3.2 V6 GTA Busso engines.
Our new radiator is twice the thickness of OEM radiator (20mm vs. 40mm) and is fully Tig welded aluminum built in Hungary. We insure that it will outlast the OEM plastic + aluminum ones which are known for leak failures and need replacement each few years.
This product is larger than the standard radiator and a straight replacement to the main radiator for All Giulia and Stelvio models with same mounting points as the original unit (the return hose to coolant reservoir on 2.0/2.2 (4 cylinder engines) might need to be extended or replaced by a longer hose to compensate due to the thicker radiator offered 2cm thicker than OEM).
Our radiator was developed based on an OEM Giulia Quadrifoglio 🍀 radiator mounting points.
We are using a special core radiator by Nissens Automotive which is Made in Denmark 🇩🇰.

Summary: Our uprated (Giulia/Stelvio) radiator, installed, resolved the overheating and performance issues for Giallo Corse Giulia race car.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦: Using OEM radiator (same radiator used on Giulia/Stelvio Quadrifoglio 🍀) Water temperatures exceeded many times 110°C forcing the engine to restrict turbo pressure (dropping from approximately 3 bar to 2 bar), which caused straight-line speeds at Francorchamps to fall from 220 kph to 170 kph.
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫: During a 4-hour continuous race, the water temperature was maintained mostly below 100°C (with a peak of 108°C), and there were no instances of turbo pressure reduction.✅✅
